2026-2027 Spending Proposals Now Open!
Have an idea that could benefit Humbercrest students? Our first round of SAC (Parent Council) spending proposals is now open!
This is how we decide how and where to spend the money we raise—and anyone can submit a proposal! Parents, community members, teachers, support staff and administrators are all welcome to contribute ideas.
Looking for inspiration? Initiatives we have approved in the past include theatre performances, guest speakers and classroom resources. You could also propose an idea that supports student learning, creativity, well-being or community-building.
📝 Submit your proposal by Thursday, November 5 at midnight.
📅 Plan to attend our next SAC meeting in person on Tuesday, November 10, when proposals will be presented for review and a vote.
✨ Need more time or planning a spring initiative? A second round of proposals will be reviewed at our January 26, 2027 meeting.
